Under POPIA, we process personal information when it is necessary for the performance of a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, with consent, or where we have a legitimate interest. Typical lawful bases we rely on include:
- Performance of a contract (e.g., to deliver and invoice for signage work).

- Professional advisors (auditors, legal advisers) where necessary.
- Procurement contacts and their authorised representatives when responding to tenders or RFQs.
- When required by law or court order, or to protect our rights and property.
We will not sell personal information to third parties.
6. Cross‑border transfers
Where we transfer personal information outside South Africa (for example to cloud hosting providers or analytics services), we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections required under applicable law.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, and to comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements. Typical retention periods include:

However, no internet or electronic system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
